Vela ("the App") is published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how the App handles information when you use it. The short version: Vela is built so that your pet's health data never leaves your device, and we never see it.

No account. No cloud. No tracking. Vela has no servers that hold your data, requires no sign-up, and collects no analytics or advertising identifiers. Everything you log stays on your iPhone.

Vela is a record-keeping and journaling tool to help you track and share your pet's health information. It is not a medical device and does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
